Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties, including floor and carpet care.
- Conduct lawn care, landscaping, and tree trimming. 
- Operate equipment such as plow trucks and skid loaders for snow removal. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:
-Applicants must be at least 15-16 years old to begin working.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate certain equipment, including plow trucks and skid loaders.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
